The Change Cycle™ Series intellectual property, trademarks, and copyrights are fully current and will be ready for reassignment upon completion of the sale. All existing licensing rights are included as part of the IP transfer.

• CCMC, Inc. currently manages the distribution of all Change Cycle™ Series products and services. As part of the sale, all client relationships—past and current—will transition seamlessly to the buyer, ensuring business continuity and customer confidence.

• In parallel, CCMC, Inc. will establish a 501(c)(3) foundation to continue advancing The Change Cycle™ Series work in the non-profit and personal growth sectors. The sale will include a licensing agreement with the new foundation, allowing it to carry on this mission-driven component while the buyer expands commercial operations.

• The sale of The Change Cycle™ Series IP presents a unique opportunity for new leadership to extend the methodology’s reach and evolution beyond current operational constraints. This transaction will ensure that the product line and philosophy continue to grow, innovate, and impact lives on a larger scale.
